Hope someone here can help me. I currently live with my husband (US citizen) in West Virginia and we filed our I130 and I485 concurrently in June and since then I have done biometrics but nothing else besides that. In the meantime, I have tried to obtain a drivers license from West Virginia DMV but they say I need to wait until I get a green card. I got admitted to school in Maryland and will be moving to Baltimore for school. I do not intend to change address with USCIS as that is still my primary adress(West Virginia) but I need a drivers license so, I intend to use my Baltimore address to get a drivers license since they accept the I 797. But my question is, will this affect my immigration documents/ procedures given that my address with them is still same as my husbands in West Virginia? And second is it possible that the Maryland MVA may find it difficult to confirm my identity with the SAVE system cos my address there is different from the one I am providing them with? Will all this negatively impact my chances if being granted a GC?
P.s. Our marriage is actually Bona Fide and I really don't want anything that will alter the chances of our proving this.
