  • submission of Adjustment status application to uscis

    Dear Immihelp member,
I am processing my application for the adjustment of status as me and my US Citizen husband got married last month.
can somebody advise me if we need to forward all the application at the same time (I485,I130,I864,I131,I765,G325)?
Kindly instruct us with the processing and method, as we are just relying in Nolo book, and we need assistance and advise mostly to those who luckily get their greencard?
    thanks so much, guest728

You will need to send everything at one time, include the I-693 (immigrant medical exam report), two fees of $1,070 and $420.

Have someone with experience look over your paperwork, and it will save you lots of grief later on. You can't rely on any written material which may be outdated or incomplete for preparing paperwork as important as what you are doing.

Thank you Ray B. for the quick response. I have already done my medical too, and just got the documents last friday.
my husband is still working out on the affidavit of support and Once we gathered all the documents, we will appreciate if there's an expert that can review our application before we submit those with the least expense.
      Best Regards, guest728

        I485 application fee refund

I won DV lottery for the fiscal year 2015. I applied for adjustment of status way too early than my visa bulletin number was current. I got a letter from USCIS saying that my visa bulletin number was unavailable at the current time of application processing. How can i get a refund of my application fees?
