Hi All,
We had our interview at the Chicago office on 08/25/2014. My wife was the beneficiary and I'm the sponsor. The interview was a breeze and the officer told us that she will approve us sometime this week. It has now been 4 days, but the case is still pending with no updates in the status. Any idea what to expect?
I'm afraid the file is just sitting at the officer's desk, and she forgot to approve it. When should I contact USCIS to information? and is there a way to contact the officer directly since she seamed in a good mood and above all said the case was straightforward and she will approve it.
Any ideas?
