Can you get a Drivers License with a EAD card?

My wife has just received her EAD card while in the process of getting her I-485 after we got married. My question is, now that she can work with her EAD card, does that mean she can now drive? Or Will she need to apply for a SSN before? If that is the case, what all will she need to get a SSN?

Absolutely, she should go to her nearest social security office, with her work authorization card and apply for your social security #; as she need it before she applies for a job and a license. She should take her id, (passport), marriage certificate n work authorization card. Good look
