Hi all,
I have been working in States on H1B visa for a year and recently my PERM application has been approved. My wife has not moved to States yet and she has been working in Canada (She is a PR in Canada).
She has been visiting me with B visa.
Now we are going to file our AOS application and I wonder if she has to quit her job in Canada? My lawyer told me that my wife should obtain a H4 visa and come to States during the time she is filing the AOS petition (and then, my wife can go back to Canada). I wonder if this is correct?
