Married US citizen and stayed married for 3 years i did not apply, then we got divorced, but we still continue living together then in 3 months we got married again.
Now i want to file for adjustment of status and other forms.
Question is can i file to get permanent green card right away as we already been married for 3 years in previous marriage, or it will still be a temporary card for 2 years?
Did someone know or has personal experience with this?
