Hello,
My wife and I, have had our I-130 approved, she filed it in the states, whilst I was in Ireland. I am currently here on VWP, I had intended on returning, but really don't want to - I know the general procedure for AOS, but seeing as we already had papers filed, what are the implications? will we need to re-file, will we just get the interview changed to the USA? we are currently at the NVC stage.
Any advice or experience would be greatly received
