Hi all,
I am about to send my green card application (Adjustment of Status) under the Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA). On the USCIS website (http://www.uscis.gov/i-485-addresses) it says to mail all documents to Chicago. However, in the Adjudicator's Field Manual from the USCIS it says:
"(i) Jurisdiction. All applications for adjustment of status under the CAA must be filed with the Texas Service Center, regardless of the applicant’s residence in the U.S."
Any advice which information is correct?
Many thanks!
Jens
