Filing for Green Card, Already have an EAD from OPT but it expires soon
Hello,
I am in the process of submitting my I 485 along with my wife submitting I 130 (she is an US citizen). I already have an EAD from my OPT expiring in June 2015. I am not sure whether the green card process will be completed by that time. So should I fill out I 765 (EAD request) again along with I 485 (as far as I understand you are eligible to work and can get an EAD card if your green card petition is pending)? Or I should wait and file for new EAD when I am within 120 days of my existing EAD expiration?
