    Hello I'm f1 student visa out of status over a year I'm married to a us citizen she makes less than 20 thousand dollars a year and live on section a get foods stamps
    She is ready to file green card for me and we are living together .
    I need a good advice I'm also working and filing taxes I'm working with my ssn without working permit
    Please I need advice how to do the process thanks

    Your wife should submit an I-130 and I-485, with supporting documents, for you.

      My worries is she is not manakin enough money and we cannot find a sponsor she is ready to submit all her papers

        If you don't have the sponsorship requirements nailed down, don't submit the Adjustment paperwork. You need all your "ducks in a row" before starting an immigration procedure.
