Hi,
This forum has been realky helpful so far and I hope someone can help me with my question. I came here in july 2013 on a visitor visa (im canadian), i was supposed to go back to canada to university but you know things change, my husband (american citizen) and I got married in octobre 2013 (we, ve been together for 2 years) I overstayed my visitor visa and I started working illegaly in january 2014 (not with **** papers, I was paid under the table) we are getting ready to send my paper hopefuly this weekend and im really concerned on what if I should or not put that I have been working illegaly.... my husband say that I shouls not say it but I know that lying is the worst thing you can donin this case. So if I write that ive been working illegaly for the past 9 months am I gonna get declined right away? Thank you for help in advance
