hello,
i recently got my green card approved and applied for my minor dependent within few days of approval...and it is still pending.not even received the receipt notice yet..
1. any chances of getting the i485 approved for dependent by this year .does each dependent has to have a visa number available or can they issue it based on the visa number of the primary applicant.march 2009 priority date..
2. if it doesnt gets approved by this year and if i had to wait until next yr for approval,does changing employer in the interim on my side have any issues on this application since the dependent is applied through my employment..
