Hello!
I'd appreciate any advice that anyone can give me. I am an F1 Student currently on my OPT (so I have a SSN) and am getting married to a US citizen soon. I intend on changing my name to have his last name during the signing of our marriage certificate.
When we file for my green card, am I supposed to use my maiden name or the intended name with his last name?
Also, afterwards am I meant to go and change the name on my SS (which currently says that I need DHS autho) and my drivers license? Or should I wait until my paperwork is completed.
