Pls advice me about I485 interview.

Hi !!!
I travel to US in New York on 1 May 2014. When I visited my brother in FL, I met my wife. I marry her on 23 Jun 2014, so on 16 Oct 2014 I will interview, I and she only live together about 2 months. She had 2 children.
So I have little evidence about us : gift, image......
So does it have any problem when I interview ???
Do we need lawyer go with us ? I have heard that lawyer can not help us when I am interviewing ? Which benefit if we have lawyer ?

If you have good evidence of cohabitation and sharing of financial affairs, you are ready for your Adjustment interview. The only advantage of using an attorney at the interview, if there are no issues with your paperwork, is that you have the opportunity to contribute to the attorney's lavish lifestyle. Average fee for an immigration attorney to go to this type of interview is about $800.

There is no particular reason to bring an attorney to your Adjustment interview, UNLESS YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT THERE ARE SOME PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PAPERWORK OR PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP.
