I borough my wife from back home by fiance visa. So when she came to US we got married right after she came. So when I stared the processes of her green card they asked me for her fian e approval letter that letter I lost it plz I need advice on how to get that letter is it possible to request it from uscis again how sHould I do that.

You can use the Receipt Notice of Action, along with the USCIS status page update which shows her approval status. Go to:

It's not worth the trouble or even necessary to get a duplicate Approval Notice of Action from USCIS. Sometimes you can get someone there to send to you as a courtesy, but there is also a provision to pay a fee for it. But you don't need it for the Adjustment procedure, so long as you provide other evidence of the petition aproval.
