Helllo everyone! I would like to apply for the DV lottery 2016. I am actually in the United States on a F1 visa, it will last 2 years then I will transfer to a four-year University. However If I ever win, Should I take adjustement of status option or Consular processing? Which one is the best? What are the steps? Does it take long for DV lottery winner? tell me everything
