Please Review my Cover Letter AOS?
I am sending my cover letter so anyone can help me if there is anything missing and let me know, Also i hope it helps whoever need a cover letter example.
Just one question : How many G-1145-E Am i going to need? One for I-130, another for I-485 , another for I-131, another for I-765 or just One for the whole package?

• G325A signed by US Citizen
• G325A signed by applicant • Two (2) Passport-style photos from Applicant and Two from petitioner (placed in a small plastic bag, labeled with full name& birth date)
Additional: (all those with copy of original docs and translations included.)
• Copy of applicant’s university letter showing she was a student in home country. • Copy of applicant’s high school graduation proof • Copy of applicant’s notarized letter of request of visa and intent • Copy of applicant’s family tax with applicant’s name in as a dependent and family earnings •Copy of applicant’s saving account in Home country that is going to be transferred to applicant’s U.S bank • Copy of applicant’s home country healthy insurance card, student card and international visa travel money card
