I am a b1 visitor,(just expired) and we got married on the 10th of july in america and i am filing this documents....forms i484,g325a,i864,i130,i765,i693(medical, done already with me),and g1145 respectively. All forms are ready and printed.
My wife has a kid making my household 3 for im not filing for my 2 kids now. My wife's tax returns for 2013 is $4,000, but my joint sponsors tax return for 2013 was $41,000.my joint sponsor is not married but he has 2 kids(but the kids are adults above 17,not collecting child tax but are dependents relations of his)
we have now, 3 years tax returns of my wife and 3 years tax returns of my sponsor to include 6 months of his recent pay-stub e.t.c
in my wife's (petitioners) form i864,
pt 5, no 1= number entered frm line 7 pt 3 we marked 1, no 2=yourself is 1, no3= is 0, no4= dependent is 1 and adding together line 1 to 7 is 3.
In my joint sponsors form i864,
pt 5, no 1= number entered frm line 7 pt 3 he marked 1, no 2=yourself is 1, no3= is 0, no4= dependent is 2 and adding together line 1 to 7 is 4.
Question 1..please help me, is my filling/computation right or wrong? Im confused.
