I just sent all my documents(concurrent original submission) two hours ago but mistakenly did not submit my medicals in which the doctor has given me over a months. I have the envelop with me now, what should i do? urgent..

Wait until USCIS sends you a request (Request for Evidence) to send the medical envelope. Your application won't be rejected, but will be held in abeyance until USCIS receives the medical packet in response to their request.
