Hi friends,
I need some information regarding change of address. My friend has filed 485 on 25th of July 2002 in VSC in EB4. He did his second FP in April 04. He lives in San Diego california and has to visit india for 4 months due to emergency. He had mailed change of address form on 22nd of July. But he made mistake and sent it to the address for fast delivery like fed-ex and Ups instead of sending it to the address meant for regular postal mail. Meanwhile he came to know that some cases filed around that time have already bean approved. Now he is confused and worried because he doesn't know if his case will be delayed if they get the change of address request and also where he will be called for interview. Secondly he will be leaving the apartment he is living in now and VSC letter if arrives may not be forwarded to the new address since most of government documents are nonforwardable. Does anyone has any suggetion as what he should do now?
