I will really appreciate if you can answer these questions for me
My spouse and I just got married and I'm trying to file the following documents on her behalf but unfortunately do not know how to go about it(i-130 etc)
first question on the i130- what kinds of supporting evidence do I need to send,we had a son in March together,do I file his birth certificate?
Also we have pictures from our wedding although really small,but had a few family members and friends present,do I send those too?
Also we had a traditional wedding back home in our country,even though it was done for us in absential,it consisted of our extended families present,with pictures and invitations as well,do I send those?
Also she doesn't have a social security yet so it's hard for me to add her on my credit cards,please help me with other documents you think might support our case,I'm a U.S. citizen by birth and also an army reservist,thanks so much in advance
