Help needed for I-765 and I-485

I am going to get married with my girlfriend soon and I am going to apply for the green card. I am currently going to school and have the F-1 visa.
We are going to submit I-130 and I-485 together.

I have couple questions.
--I will also submit I-765 with the I-485. I had a employment authorization card from my former OPT and it expired already so I do not know what to choose for "I am applying for" part
is it renewal of my permission or permission to accept employment?

--Should I put the pictures, flight tickets that shows we traveled together, and any document that can be the proof of the relationship?

--How many affidavit should I get from my friends and family members?

1.) Since your authorization is already expired I'd say don't choose renewal
2.) Yes, you should put some pictures of you with family and friends and trips. Also put flight tickets, bills with same address, lease agreement, anything you have together.
3.) I'd say 1 or 2 should be fine, I didn't send any.
