TN holder married a US citizen

This might be the dumbest question, but, in Part 2, do I fill in "a" or "b" on the I-485?

I am currently on a TN visa and I am married to a U.S. citizen and I am filing a I-485 and I-130 together.

If "a", what is the approval notice they are expecting to see?

Check 'a.' There is no approval notice for you, just the included I-130, which gives you "immediate priority" status.
