hello

in the i-130 form where it say information about relative , what shall i put for his address ( if he lives in the USA but illegally ,he came in legally but overstayed and is now out of status ) shall i put the address where we live together or his host country address and about his employer and the date employed, also he is employed illegally and gets paid cash ? but has never used fraudulent documents.shall i still put his employer?

Use your current U.S. address for your spouse.

If illegally employed, your spouse must quit working so that you can report that he is not employed.

but he has been here since 2003 and we only got married one year ago , would they need to see how he supported himself ?

They'll assume he worked earlier. But while he is being adjudicated, he is not legal to work.
