I am all set to submit but just wanna make sure i have everything in order : i-130 two passport photos (1 spouse& 1 me) two 324 forms (1 for souse and one for me ) my USA birth certificate and marriage license . 420 money order
:1-785 form 2 passport photos of my spouse a copy of my spouse's birth certificate and 1-94 (although expired ) 380 money order
:1-485 form 2 passport photos me my spouse with a photo copy of his birth certificate / visa / 1-94 1070 money order
;i-864 form with a coy of my most recent tax returns

am i missing anything here ?

There is no form I-785. Did you mean I-765? The I-765 is included in the $1,070 fee for the I-485.

Include forms I-131 and G-1145.

The I-131 is for an Advance Parole, in case your wife needs to leave the U.S. during Adjustment processing for family emergencies, to get back into the U.S.

The I-131 and I-765 are included in the Adjustment $1,070 base fee.

No she do not need to leave while the case is pending so shallow still go ahead and submit 131?

You're paying for it anyway. I've lost count of the clients who said they had no need for an Advance Parole, then found they did need it.
