What document do i need to accompany my spouses 1-485 : 1-765 (copy of their birth certificate and two passport size photos) medical exam /1-825 ( copy of 2013 tax returned )/two passport size photos and a coy of their birth certificate and fee ? am i missing anything here ?

oh one more thing shall i just include my w2 and a copy of my 1040 or summit the entire tax return forms ?

You need to add I-864, G-325A, I-131, G-1145, copies of applicant's I-94, visa and passport ID page, copy of marriage certificate, entire 2013 Federal income tax return,employment verification proof of sponsor. There is no I-825 form.

Since this is the first time you have prepared a package like this, I strongly advise that you have an experienced person review your package before submitting.

Why would you "go see a lawyer" just to fill out some forms? All you need is the assistance of a good clerk, not an overpaid attorney.

Your employment verification can be a letter from your employer, or a few recent paystubs, or your contract or employment agreement.
