I keep having this feeling that I didn't sign everywhere that is suppose to be sign on my aos package ... Would they return it to me ... Deny me ? And would they cash the check regardless ?

If primary forms were not signed (I-485 I-130, G-325A), the package is rejected, check not cashed, and everything returned to you. A rejection is not a denial, simply a sign that you must do everything over.
