Hello

I was reading on this forum where a forum poster who said include photocopies of everything , so does that mean when i submitted the i-130, i needphotos copies and also include photocopies with each G-325 form ? Photocopies i am referring to Birth cert/ marriage cert/ i-94 etc

There may be some miscommunication here. The USCIS forms are originals (I-485, G-325A, I-130, etc.) The supporting docs are copies (birth, marriage divorce, tax return, etc.). One only of each item, not second copies.

What i was asking is that each form (eg i-130 /g-325 ) has to have copies attached to them , so the i-130 attached copies , the g-325 , attached copies and my spouses g-325 attached copies , or just one copy of my documents needed ? i hope you get what i am asking

That is simply not true. One of each, whether the original of a form, or the copy of a supporting document, is what should be submitted.

Oh I think I made a boo boo. my package is all set to go but with my I-130 I attached forms g-325 for me and my spouse and attached photocopies or supporting documents.

Your description below sounds like it is correct.

I'm not sure if we are not understanding each other, but here it goes again:

YOUR PACKAGE SHOULD CONTAIN ORIGINAL USCIS DOCUMENTS, ACCOMPANIED BY COPIES OF SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS. Only one of each item is incluided.

Yes Ray I think we are misunderstanding each ther I was originally asking if I need to attached copies (birth certificate / marriage Cert etc) with g-325 forms also therefore my package should include my I-130 with copies , my g-325 with copies again and my spouse g-325 with copies again. Therefore 3 original forms 1-130, and 2 g-325 with 2 sets of copies. 3 forms and 3 sets of copy.

One last time:

Your petition package should contain an I-130, a G-325A for each of you, one copy each of your marriage and birth certs, along with one passport-style photo each, check for $420, and evidence of relationship (photos, receipts, etc.).

You need all forms to be original I 130 gr25a I 485 copy you can send evidence like certificate atc
