Package for AOS

Hi,

I thank you for all your posts. They really help me. I'm now about to send my AOS package but I would like to be sure that the content is OK:

1. Form I-130 and along with : naturalization certificate, marriage certificate, form G-325A(one for the petitioner and one for the immigrant), 2 photos(one for the petitioner and one for the immigrant), birth certificate of our son, form G-1145 and the check($420)

2. Form I-485 and along with: Birth certificate, copy of biographic and visa-stamped pages of passport, 2 photos(of immigrant), copy of I-94, form I-693, copy of our joint bank account statement, and check ($1070). Do I have to add another copy of G-325 A since I have already attached one to the form I-130?

3. Form I-765 and along with: I-94, 2 photos of immigrant, form G-1145( anything else?)

4. Form I-864 from the petitioner and along with: 3 most recent IRS transcripts, letter of current employment and paystubs for the last 6 months.Do I have to attached another copy of naturalization certificate since I have already attached one to the form I-130?

5. Form I-864 from a joint sponsor and along with: copy of naturalization certificate, copy of tax return and W2 only for the last year(2013), letter of current employment.

Please tell me whether all those documents are correct to be included in the package. Is there any missing or any exceeded one?

Don't forget checks for $420 (I-130) and $1,070 (I-485) and A single G-1145 (so you are notified of different form receipts).

We need to add a joint bank account statement also for the 1-485 ? Or is it optional

That type of evidence, proof of commingling of assets and financial affairs, is not really needed for the submittal of the Adjustment package. But you will need such proof when you are actually interviewed.

Also in my I-864 I have attached my tax returned for the current year with my work contract and current pay stub. Is that enough?

I also need to know if only one copy of the naturalization certificate stands for the whole package or should I put another one with the form I-864 to show evidence of residency in US?

Each of your base forms (I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131) should stand alone and have all attached forms which are listed in its requirements.

A separate G-325A with your I-130 and an identical G-325A with our I-485 will meet this goal.

Based on how rejected submittals are returned (for lack of correct fee amount, lack of signatures, and/or expired forms), all the items you submitted appear to have been reorganized, but thrown together, so that is one hint that one-only of some supporting docs might be sufficient, but I would still prefer to have each "primary form" coupled with all its required supporting documents.

Hey, I am also preparing my package, have you sent yours? Is the joint bank account statement with the 485 really needed?
