Lost I-94, is the # on Visa? (please respond)

Help.

My wife and I are filing her I-485. We need her I-94# but she lost her card. Our lawyer says the number is on the Visa. Is it? Where?

I really don't want to have to file for a new one.

BTW she's out of status, by a lot. But we got married this year

How can I-94 number be on visa?

Visa is given at the consulate. And you get I-94 at the port of entry after you get the visa, while entering the US.

Hi, She would have to fill out a I102 form u can get that from the uscis.gov website

hi,i'm also in the same situation as your wife..
my wife lost her i-94 and passport a few yrs ago.
i just wanted to asked what did you do to get her a new copy of her i-94? what are the documents or evidence that you file with it?
and did you file it separately or file it together with the other forms ex i-485?
