ddURGENT !DIFFERENT NAMES ON DOCS FOR BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT?ISSUE? TOMORROW ISTHEDAY
Hi everyone so my biometrics appointment for i-485 and i-765 through marriage is tomorrow URGENT QUESTION PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE
in my passport and visa says Given name: Anna surname: Santos Lima
but in my other documents like birth certificate it only says the entire name ''Anna Santos Lima'' And i grew up teached by my parents that Santos was my middle name and Lima my last name.(I am from brazil)
So in my marriage certificate it says Given: Anna Middle name: Santos Last name: Lima
Is it going to be a problem when i go to my biometrics appointment tomorrow? cause in my passport Santos is as surname and in my marriage certificate is as middle name....
Even tho All my AOS package got approved and had no problem, they sent me letters stating my name as ''ANNA S. LIMA'' and the biometrics appointment letter is as ''ANNA SANTOS LIMA''
I used in my AOS forms the new name stated as new name on the marriage certificate Given: ANNA Middle: SANTOS Surname: KLENDA (from my hubby)
and in the fields other names used i put ''LIMA Anna Santos '' and '' LIMA SANTOS Anna'' (format of my passport and how the old name was stated on marriage certificate
Would I have an issue on biometrics appointment? I am thinking in bring my passport, marriage certificate,birth certificate and the copy of the page of form I-131 that state that i used my name in both ways ''''LIMA Anna Santos '' and '' LIMA SANTOS Anna''
