Family based AOS

Hi,

I'm currently in US on an employer based H1B visa, and I had a family based green card application filed with my mother being the beneficiary. Last month my mother and rest of my family (who were in India at the time) got their green cards. Now I want to apply for an AOS for myself.
While filling the forms I got a bit confused. Here are my doubts:

1) On form i864, will my mother still be the principal applicant or will I be the principal applicant now?
2) The sponsor in our case doesn't have enough income to support us, so my mother's assets were used at that time. If my mother will still be the principal applicant then I can use the same information. But if I have to be the principal applicant, can I use my income here (working for 4 years now) or will I have to find a join sponsor?
3) Will my mother need to be in US at the time of my interview?
