I have recently sent my application : concurrent filing of i130 and i485.

I forgot to enclose the entry stamp and US visa seperately as i94 proof. Instead, I have enclosed the full photocopy of my passport.

Can this lead to rejection of the application?

Rejections of packages usually occur for lack of signatures, expired forms, or incorrect fee amounts on checks. Your passport page copies should have included your entry stamp, as proof of your legal entry, and you could have download an I-94, but a "Request for Evidence" from USCIS is probably the worst you can expect.

Thanks Ray for the quick reply.

Yes the photocopies do include the visa and the stamps but the official might have to go through a few pages that's all.

RFE will be better than rejection still.
