How soon can I file an AOS for my spouse.

I filed the I -130 when I was a LPR, it was approved and sent to NVC. I'm now a Citizen, my spouse is here with me. I sent a letter to NVC about a Petition upgrade. Do I have to wait on NVC or can I submit the AOS documents? Please help!!!

Send your I-485 package with supporting documents, copy of the receipt Notice of Action for the I-130, copy of your Naturalization Certificate and of the letter you wrote to request a petition upgrade.
