I sent in my aos package on nov 2nd they sent it back stating that I ned to file a concurring i130 I sent in with my i485 a copy of my approve i130 ... When I spoke to one of the us is representative she sent mail it back again with it behind the rejection letter ... She said they must have missed it ... What should I do ... Should I file another i130 of just sent it bak sai just like that? My i130 was approved in 2010
