AOS rejected

I sent in my aos package on nov 2nd they sent it back stating that I ned to file a concurring i130 I sent in with my i485 a copy of my approve i130 ... When I spoke to one of the uscis representative she said to mail it back again with it behind the rejection letter ... She said they must have missed it ... What should I do ... Should I file another i130 of just sent it back just like that? My i130 was approved in 2010

You should have included a copy of the I-130 approval Notice of Action, or an I130 petition with fee and supporting documents. Simply including the I-130 copy alone gives no hint of its submittal or approval status.
