My personal check has my old address , is it to pay my fees with the check or should the checks I use to pay my fees should have my current address ?

It doesn't really matter, as USCIS will not use the check address to contact you, bu the address on your primary petition.

Could you please tell me after submitting all documents that are required to immigration how long do you need to wait until they contact you to tell you that your visa has been granted as my husband has completed all documents

For what visa type are you applying?

There is no visa approval without an interview. The interview appointment is mailed to you and your petitioner (and your agent) if you are applying for a spousal (immigrant) visa. If applying for a nonimmigrant visa (K1 or visitor), you have to set up the interview online or by phone.
