I have a question about the G-325 form

"Applicants last address outside the United States of more that one year."

Does this mean an address that i lived at for more than one year OR an address i live at a year ago?

It means address at which you stayed "more than one year."

I one other question about this form:

When we are listing our work history , do we also include the months that we were unemployed between jobs? I notice that it says "If none, so state" and not sure if that applies to this case
