Don't know what to do. Can someone please enlighten me in my decision
I'm torn. I got married last Nov 29,2014 and i'm on a tourist visa expiring on Dec 17, 2014. I don't know if i am going to file the I-130 first or file it next year concurrently with the I-485. Could someone enlighten me on what to do? I have the money now for the I-130, its just that the marriage certificate is not with me and only the marriage license with place date and registration number of my marriage is there. I am scared i'll be receiving RFE. If i did not file this I-130 before Dec 17, i'll be a 'illegal' alien here in the US and might face more serious problems in the future.
