I am writing on behalf of my cousin which is on a Temporary Protected Status(Haitian after 2010 earthquake). She married a US citizen last August and would like to know how she can apply for a green card through her spouse. Does she have to fill out forms I-130 along with I-485? or she has just to fill out form I-130? and what will be the cost for any of these processes?

After marriage, your cousin and her new hubby must submit forms I-130 and I-485 with supporting documents, a completed immigrant medical exam in a sealed envelope and two fees, $420 and $1,070. These go to the USCIS Chicago Dropbox address.
