My wife is now between jobs as we are about to file the I 30 and I 485. My question is about the I 864 ( affidavit of support) She doesn't have any source of income now. Can she still fill the I 864 with her tax forms only from last year as i'm planning to let my bro ( american citizen) to sign it too as joint support?!!
