  • I-130 approved, asylum removal processing

My I-130 was just approved, but I also am in removal processing. I came in as F1.
When my parents got here, they applied I-130 for me. Now got approved.
I got stuck in filling out the form:
"Current USCIS status" & "Expiration date"
    And also "Current Occupation."
I am out of school for a couple of months for work.

    Please help.

Aren't you mistaken in saying that you came in as F1 status when your petition was just submitted (and visa slot not yet available)?

What visa type allowed you to enter the U.S.?

The entrance visa was F1 which was long been expired. I was trying to adjust as an asylee; but I ended up in stucking at court. Then, my parents filed I-130 for me while in removal processing.
Eventually I-130 was approved after an interview.
As I said in previous post, I don't know how to fill out those three area.
I-130 official letter will be arrived to me very soon.
I got e-notice ahead. That's why I know that I will get it soon.
I am currently living the States.

        Michael,

If an I-130 petition has been approved, you are still in a visa slot waiting mode, so your status might now be considered "expired student visa," or "pending asylum."

          What about the "expiration date?"

The hearing due date from court letter?

          And "Current occupation?"

fill out as my current job title?

          Thanks

            Michael,

Hearing date and job title are all you have to work with for responses.

One more question came up to my mind.

After I received an official I-130 approval letter, what the next step would be?

I just waiting for immigrant visa or I don't know what happen next.

              Please tell me about it.

And What other supporting documents do I need to attach along with I-485 petition?
