I am a US Citizen acquired by Naturalization.
My parents was admitted legally in the United States last December 17, 2014 through a B1/B2 Visitors Visa.
I am planning to file an Adjustment of status through concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 for both of them in January 2015 when we completed all the required documents.
My question is, "Is there a possibility that the USCIS may deny our Application for the Adjustment of Status just because of a very short period of time when they arrived here in the USA and the time that we have submitted their application for PR?
Thank you in advance ....
