My son just became a USA citizen and wants to file an I-130 along with an I-485 forms to have my status changed, we are not sure about some things so if anyone can help us will be greatly appreciated.
Situation:
I've been in USA for 15 years and I entered the country legally but I overstayed my visa, when I got here I got a drivers license and a SS ( not valid for employment ), I used this to apply for work and I been working for the last 15 years, I have not leave the country since I got here.
Now the questions are:
Since I overstayed my visa do I need to fill another form ? or I just need to send the I-485 and I-130
Do I need to send a form for employment authorization I-765 ?
Do I need an affidavit of support ? ( I have a job but I don't want to use that information, I'm afraid it might cause problems with my employer)
