Hello everyone,
Anybody facing a similar situation I'm currently in? I received a rfe for birth certificate and sponsor income. Gathered all the info they asked for (included a new sponsor since the previous wasn't making enough even though he makes above the 125% poverty line) and sent it back on October 28, 2014. Online status changed to rfe response review on 10/30/14 and states that I should receive a mail or update by 12/29/14, which is today but nothing has come, no mail no status update. It's frustrating, help pleaseeee... God bless
Filled and sent applications 7/22/14
Received on 7/24/14
Rfe sent on 8/10/14 but didn't receive it on time, had to take an info then requested to resend the letter again
Fingerprint done on 8/25/14
Received rfe letter in the mail on 10/24/14
Sent rfe including the evidence 10/30/14
Ps: still did not get my EAD
