Mom went to India after Filing her I-485

My mom left to India after filing her I 485, she got an appointment here to get her biometrics done. what should I do now, she cannot come back to US as her current visa becomes invalid.

If mom is unable to reenter the U.S. and complete her Biometrics and Adjustment interview in the U.S., she will be considered to have abandoned her Adjustment procedure, and it will be denied.

If you can get the I-130 routed to the National Visa Center, that piece can be salvaged and she can be processed for an immigrant visa in her home country.

If youir I-130 has been approved, wait until you receive notice that it has been received by the National Visa Center (NVC), then follow the intructions for NVC processing, and Consulate processing of her visa abroad.
