I've got an interview notice from USCIS for my 485 application (Adjustment of Status) under EB1C, but in that there is a point mentioning that bring in the I-864 (unless already submitted). Application is submitted for myself (petitioner), wife and kids; so all the family is going through the AOS process now. I'm on L1A visa and all the applicants (myself, wife and kids) have received the same checklist to be carried to an interview.
As my application is under EB1 category, I was wondering how viable is to submit 864 here as this is about the sponsorship. I'm not sure whether this is generally asked for EB categories or ONLY family based applications. My employer also mentioned that 864 is not application for my case.
