i was planning to have my medical exam done, how much do i need to pay for it? an estimated amount and does they cover medical insurance to pay for this? thank you for those who will answer.

The immigrant medical exam in the U.S. (Form I-693) is not normally reimbursed or covered by one's medical insurance, unless your HMO hospital or physician is on the list of approved USCIS civil surgeons or you are getting the exam at military medical facility.
