  • Kind of confused about GC interview??

My wife (U.S citizen) and I ( F1 student visa) got married on November 14th 2014 after 4.5 years of knowing each other. We filled all of documents and send it to USCIS on November 28th, 2014. I just did fingerprint on January 5th and have been waiting for EAD, SSN as well as the notice of interview. I am not scared of these questions that they will ask about her and vice versa. We are nervous about the proofs. We haven't too many proofs like the other couples. Here there are these documents we have:
1/ Joint bank account at Wells fargo
2/ I put my wife's name on my own car's title
3/ Contract of rental agreement (300$-pay by cash)
4/ Waiting for EAD to apply for SSN and then my wife will add my name on her tax return.
5/ Photo album with 200-300 photos about wedding, party, family, dating, proposal...
6/ Cards for Xmas, New year, Birthday, dating...
7/ Receipt (restaurant, buy foods, drinks, supermarket, gas station...)
-No joint phone bills: because when i came to U.S (March 2014), i have had my sister signed 2 years of cellphone contract with Verizon. My wife signed with AT&T => Just wait until the contract ends up.
-No utility bills (gas, electricity, water) : share room with my sister's family, just pay 300$/month for all.
-No joint health insurance: I don't have SSN right now to buy Obama care with my wife. If i had, i couldn't buy it because it was expired. Wait for November 2015)
-No joint car insurance: i got 2 tickets from police. My case hasn't still be resolved in the courthouse. i believe surely that my car insurance will go up as mush as possible after these 2 tickets. I can't buy my car insurance with her.
    -No joint credit card
    -No life insurance
Is it possible for us to get GC??? Thank you so much

I have no doubt u will. At this interview, couples are inspected for other things about marriage for fraud. Not necessarily, the combined document. I know someone, who had just one bill in her husband's name and got it. It's not expected to have a whole lot of things, since marriage is new; but there will b no excuse, when u file for the 10 years green card. That's what is expected at this stage of the marriage, besides of course having a baby. No need to worry when your marriage is genuine. Good luck!!

---- do not worry, they don't need to prove what documents/contracts you share in both names! they want to know if your marriage is real that's all.
being 4.5 years you should have way more then enough prove to show that the marriage is legit!
besides, they'll give you a conditional green card for 2 years and then you have to apply to get the conditions removed and then you'll have all documents you mentioned below.
