My wife who is a US citizen is filing for my green card. I am on H-1 b and it's only me and her in the family no dependants
1. My wife is self employed and haven't got her 1099 as of yet...can she just mention her approx annual income? for example she made close to 38K in 2013 and her earning for 2014 must be anywhere between 35K-40K?. I will be sending her paystubs for the 6 month of 2014
2. She made around 13K in 2011 and 17K in 2012. Therefore I have added myself on Section 6a,6b and 6c as my salary takes us to a higher range. I put the sum of our annual income in item 10 part 6. As I am the principal immigrant I don't have to file for I-864A?
3. Part 6 13 a....She must be filling line 22 of 1040 marked total income?
4. Instruction says fill intending immigrant in Item 7 part 5
